Overview
The Secondary School covers grades IX to XII where the students are prepared to appear for the CBSE Secondary School Certificate Exam. The secondary Curriculum offered by CBSE provides students with a broad and balanced understanding of subjects including languages, Mathematics, Science, and Social Science to enable students to communicate effectively, analyze and interpret information meaningfully, make informed decisions, construct their worldviews in alignment with constitutional values, and progress smoothly to be productive future citizens. High school is a time of growth, learning, and self-discovery. Curriculum Areas at Senior Secondary Level
To foster competencies in learners, the curriculum encompasses seven major learning areas, which are: Languages, Humanities, Mathematics, Sciences, Skill Subjects, General Studies, and Health and Physical Education. These areas are broadly divided into electives and compulsory areas as detailed below:

Science Stream
The Science stream subjects encompass the elements of both scientific theories and practical concepts. Not only do these subjects impart in-depth knowledge of the physical, chemical, and biological aspects of the universe but also equip students with analytical and problem-solving abilities. The Science Stream is subdivided into 2 branches namely, the non-medical stream (PCM) and the Medical stream (PCB). With Physics and Chemistry as common subjects, the difference between the two divisions lies in the selection of the third subject. While Maths is opted by students who want to pursue their careers in professions like but not limited to Engineering, Architecture, and Commercial Pilot, Biology is chosen as a subject by those who want to pursue a career in Medical Science. Apart from the above-mentioned subjects, the students also have to study English core along with an elective subject.
In Scotle, the subjects offered for Science Stream are English Core, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/ Biology. The options for electives are: Informatics Practices/Physical Education/Economics.


Commerce Stream
Commerce education encompasses the study of business and trade, delving into the intricate dynamics of exchanging goods and services from producers to end consumers. It provides a comprehensive exploration of the business realm, fostering financial literacy and business acumen. The curriculum facilitates a clear understanding of essential components, such as the sale and purchase of goods, empowering students with practical skills for navigating the complex landscape of commerce.
The subjects offered for the Commerce Stream are English Core, Accountancy, Business Studies, and Economics. The options for electives are: Informatics Practices/Physical Education/Mathematics/Applied Mathematics.
Humanities Stream
The subjects offered for the Humanities Stream are: English Core, Political Science, Geography, and History. The options for electives are: Informatics Practices/Physical Education/Core Mathematics/Applied Mathematics/Economics/Psychology.
